How to choose a wedding photographer — part 4
A short guide to choosing your photographer: Leave the conversation with a clear understanding.
Leave the conversation with a clear understanding.
Once you know the work and approach, discuss the practical details: date, location, outline of the day, coverage and the people involved. Share what matters to your family and the photographs you are drawn to, and ask how photography will fit your plans. Understand the agreed terms and responsibilities before confirming a commission.
I am based in Israel and also consider weddings abroad. For an international wedding we discuss the event location, travel arrangements and advance communication separately. Date availability, the team and coverage are agreed for each commission. A useful first message includes your date and location, with a few words about the wedding you are planning.
